From Our CEO

Since 1999, our mission has remained clear: to provide capital where it’s needed most—serving historically underserved entrepreneurs and communities across Texas.

But our work goes beyond just loans. It’s about creating opportunity, fostering generational wealth, and empowering small businesses to grow and succeed.

We are committed to continuing this important work. We will keep striving to strengthen our communities and support those who trust us with their goals and dreams.

To our clients, shareholders, community partners, and supporters—past, present, and future—thank you. Your trust and collaboration inspire us every day to do our best and to make a lasting impact.
